'New Routes, Old Roots' is an arts-based research network focusing on contemporary and historical experiences of exile and migration. Our aim is to broaden debate and generate awareness of issues relating to migration and exile.
Jane Boyer is a fine Art doctoral student at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. She is also art writer and curatorial assistant at ARTHOUSE1 Gallery in London. Her own artwork explores issues of the self, simulacrum and autobiography in a mixed-media practice.
